I'm a qualified Yin Yoga teacher and a licensed Menopause Champion with The Menopause Experts Group.
My mission is to start to normalise the conversation around menopause and stop those in menopause being overlooked at home, work and across society.
We no longer want to be an invisible community of mid-life women that is simply not being catered for or listened to.
Having worked in large corporate HR for over 25 years I know only too well the challenges facing businesses in retaining employees and the demands employees find themselves under both at home and work.
Being a licensed Menopause champion means being an advocate, an educator and a support system.
I'm here to help break down the barriers and stigmas surrounding menopause, offering advice and solutions tailored to personal and professional settings.
Menopausal women are the fastest growing demographic in the UK workforce, menopause symptoms can have a significant impact on attendance and performance in the workplace and a quarter of women consider leaving their jobs as a result of these symptoms.
